The legal right to reside and work in the region in which you attend an event is a pre-requisite of attending, as is being a candidate or alumnus from an MBA (or in some cases MS/MSc business/management/finance related degree) from one of our partner schools. New York (Monday 16th February 2009, 10am – 5pm): The Grad Careers Roadshow (New York) will be hosted by the Church of St. Paul the Apostle on Columbus Avenue and 60th Street. The 10,000 sq ft venue is where the Rockettes practice and is just a block from the Time Warner building. The event is being promoted by top local schools such as Columbia Business School, NYU Stern, Rutgers University, Fordham Graduate School of Business, Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College and Milano The New School for Management and Urban Policy. Q. What kind of vacancies are on offer? A. The vast majority of vacancies are open experienced hire positions, with some internships opportunities for the summer 2009. Please see the employer profiles and jobs board pages for further information.
Q. What is the dress code? A. Dress code for the event is business suit.
Q. What level of English will I have to demonstrate? A. Apart from fluency of host country language, you will be required to demonstrate a high level of fluency in English (business level). Other languages can be a distinct advantage.
Q. What else will I need? A. Remember to bring several copies of your CV and business cards to leave at the stands or with recruiter representatives.
