Grad Consultants is the vertically integrated graduate careers company, providing consulting assignments to MBA and finance candidates from top-tier business schools and universities. We also facilitate internships, placements and employment for MBAs with leading multinational recruiters as they search for their next generation of leaders and managers across industries and regions.
Our consulting services bring together outstanding students, recent alumni and professionals to work on assignments requested by SMEs and multinational corporations. Grad Consultants recruits freelancers selected according to their languages, industry experience, insights into global markets and aptitude for delivering on complex project briefs. They include candidates from many of the world’s leading universities who have experience with market-leading companies.
We only select teams with significant work experience in the same industry as the client assignment. In addition to a good level of English, most of our team members have at least one other language which enables them to operate in two or more countries seamlessly. On selection of a small assignment team, members will receive briefing documents by email and work together from their respective locations and/or meet the client at their offices in order to discuss the brief in greater depth. There is also the possibility for one or more team members to work in the client offices for part or all of the assignment period (subject to additional client costs). Teams may request access to managers of the client firm in order to understand the company, operations and priorities in greater detail.
Assignment management is undertaken centrally and in close liaison with the client. The Assignment Manager identifies key deliverables and actions, maintains consistent communication with the client and ensures effective work from the assignment team that meets or exceeds the client’s brief.
